In this role, you'll provide exceptional patient care across multiple high-acuity service lines while expanding your clinical expertise through a comprehensive onboarding and professional development program.
Position Highlights
- 12-hour rotating shifts - Weekend rotation required - Self-scheduling model that promotes flexibility and work-life balance - Practice across multiple service lines, including: - Intensive Care Unit (ICU) - Trauma Floor - Operating Room (OR) - Procedural responsibilities with opportunities to develop and maintain advanced clinical skills - Comprehensive Orientation & Professional Development

Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program OR - Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program

Skills
- Self-motivated individual who can work with minimal direct supervision - Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within multidisciplinary teams - Excellent clinical judgment, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills - Strong computer proficiency
Licensure/Certification/Registration
- Successful completion of all department-specific credentialing requirements within the first 90 days of employment - Current national board certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, or eligibility to obtain certification - Current Missouri Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license, or eligibility to obtain licensure - Complete ATLS within 1-year of employment
