All Health Medical Group is seeking an experienced Spanish-speaking Advanced Practice Nurse (APN/NP) to join our rapidly growing Cardiology team. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced cardiologists in a fast-paced, patient-centered outpatient practice utilizing advanced cardiovascular diagnostics and evidence-based treatment.

Responsibilities
Evaluate and manage patients with a wide range of cardiovascular conditions, including hypertension, coronary artery disease, heart failure, arrhythmias, hyperlipidemia, peripheral vascular disease, and valvular heart disease.
Perform comprehensive cardiovascular assessments and follow-up evaluations.
Order, interpret, and review diagnostic testing, including EKGs, echocardiograms, stress testing, Holter monitors, event monitors, vascular studies, and laboratory results.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with supervising cardiologists.
Prescribe and adjust cardiovascular medications according to current clinical guidelines.
Educate patients on heart-healthy lifestyles, medication compliance, risk factor modification, and disease prevention.
Coordinate care with primary care providers, specialists, hospitals, and ancillary services.
Document patient encounters accurately using the electronic medical record.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and population health programs.

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary: $140,000–$180,000+, based on experience.

Requirements

Current New Jersey APN license.
National Board Certification (FNP, ANP, or Adult-Gerontology NP).
DEA and CDS licenses.
Minimum 1 year of cardiology experience preferred (new graduates with strong cardiology backgrounds may be considered).
Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.
Experience with Athena EMR is a plus.
